Do you offer personal designs?
Yes, absolutely! If you didn't find what you are looking for or just have an idea of your own, you can just let us know and we will be happy to assist. Personal designs, depending on size and detail can take up to 3 working days to complete, we will chat with you through the process to ensure you get exactly what you imagined.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT and shortly will be accepting payments through Yoco.
What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 7days of product delivery, if the condition of the item is still as received (new). Courier - item needs to be couriered back, on arrival item will be refunded. If item was collected, please deliver within 7days to be able to receive a refund. Courier fees will not be covered by TS Laser. In cases of item replacement we will courier and replace item on our cost.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do offer gift Cards. If you would like a gift card, please send us a email or a 'Let's Chat' with the amount you would like the gift card to be and we will be happy to assist.
